APPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT OF CROWN CASTLE LEASE
Description
Crown Castle and the School District have a lease agreement on the cell tower located at 301 Old Venice Road. The lease has expired and they are proposing to renew it with new rates and some minor modifications.
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the first amendment to the Crown Castle lease agreement.
